#sotu Ear Marks Veto Pledge

I will veto any bill with ear marks in it?  Sheesh, Ear Marks are less than three tenths of one percent of the federal budget.  Lets stop spending our money in Iraq and Afghanistan.  I want my friend Andy to stay home so I can tease him about his hair in person.
